KNOCK TELECOM IS CERTIFIED BY MOBILY AS SUPPLIER OF CONTINGENCY UNITS

KNOCK TELECOM has been certified through his Middle East partner ACES by the telecommunications operator MOBILY as supplier of BSC contingency units.

MOBILY, in a first stage, has acquired a lot of two units, starting with these batch a deployment plan of these units in the most important cities of Saudi Arabia Kingdom.

This type of units can be used during the first stages of a wireless telephone network deployment, and is a fast and efficient solution that offers coverage to the operator’s subscribers in a record time. Moreover, in case of being required as contingency unit, these units can replace a BSC fixed station, warranting the service during the maintenance works or the repair of the permanent infrastructure.

This type of units can be used also as part of an integrated complete solution composed by one BSC unit and two or more BTS units, conforming a deployment group able to give network access and service in less than 4 hours to wide geographic areas.

SFR ENTRUSTS HIS RAPID DEPLOYMENT MOBILE UNITS TO KNOCK TELECOM

The French telecommunications operator SFR has ordered to KNOCK TELECOM the supply of a lot of GSM mobile units for rapid deployment

After the approval of a first prototype, the lot of units supplied has been carefully designed to fulfil the strict requirements that the telecommunications regulations states. Accordingly to this, the units can be installed in areas where the wind reaches 180km/h (type 4 areas).

Another important advantage of KNOCK units design is the possibility of swap the vendors transmission racks, allowing te units to have a technological polyvalence and therefore can be used indistinctly in areas where the transmission equipments are from different vendors.

These mobile units, can be easily towed by a 4 x 4 vehicle. They allow a rapid deployment in a record time of 4 hours, which makes them the best option when temporary coverage services must be provided in short-time events as well as on tour itinerant events. Its robust design (incorporates a patented telescopic mast unique in the market that stands loads up to 200 kg with deviations of less than one degree in zone 4 wind gust conditions) makes them long-life units, and  therefore offers significant reductions in CAPEX and OPEX.

KNOCK TELECOM OFFERS RAPID TDT COVERAGE SOLUTIONS AGAINST THE ANALOGUE SHUTDOWN
Seseña, November 2009

KNOCK TELECOM has presented their solution of ultra-rapid deployment for TDT networks. Such solution is an adaptation of hiis TIGER RDS (rapid deployment System) product that houses all the infrastructure of a TDT repeater. The main advantages are:

Rapid and simple implantation (allows deployment rhythms of up to 9 Systems daily)

Non-invasive installation, which allows a fast and clean deployment

One single visit for a complete System deployment

Minimum footprint, which allows an optimal management of the System thanks to the space servitude, and achieving the maximum savings in the state rental.

Allows a deployment independent to weather conditions. In difference with traditional deployments in which  the rain or snow can affect the ground conditions and therefore the civil works. This conditions are transparent to KNOCK´s solution, that can be deployed under any circumstances.

Transportable installation. If required, the System can be easily reallocated without leaving traces.

Mallorca, Cataluña or Extremadura are Regions that have entrusted in KNOCK´s expertise for the supply of these infrastructures that grants a perfect and complete coverage of the DTV deployment requirements for the analogic shut down date announced by the Government.

KNOCK TELECOM PRESENTS A REVOLUTIONARY DEPLOYMENT SYSTEM FOR TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORKS

KNOCK TELECOM presents their RDS (Rapid deployment Systems) solutions, a revolutionary deployment system in the telecommunication networks

The RDS solution offers a series of exclusive advantages when managing the deployment infrastructure in a rapid, simply and cost efficient way. It consists in a configurable transportable modular foundation which allows a complete erection of the System in a record time. The main features of this solution are:

Non-invasive installation, which allows a clean and rapid deployment

One single visit for a complete System deployment, with it’s associated advantages in the management of the project optimally and effectively.

Allows any configuration deployment in both mono and multi operator infrastructures, with towers up to 60 meters (other heights can be considered  under request).

Allows to use the same shared infrastructure with different technologies, with the correspondent operating and investing savings

Minimum footprint, which allows an optimal management of the System thanks to the space servitude and offering the maximum savings in the state rental.

Allows an deployment independent to weather conditions, in difference with traditional deployments in which the rain or snow affect the ground conditions and therefore the civil works. These conditions are transparent to KNOCK´s solution, that can be deployed under any weather circumstances.

Transportable installation. If required, the System can be easily reallocated without leaving traces.

Independent installation to local resources (from time to time of difficult recover), which allows an exhaustive cost control management from the beginning.

It’s a storable solution, which allows a logistic plan much more efficient due that Systems can be considered elements “on the shelf”. Thus, just knowing the configuration to deploy, the planning is reduced to pick up the elements form the store and install them.

Important international operators like ORANGE or MOBILY have entrusted already in KNOCK TELECOM´S solution as an element for rapid, simple and efficient deployments.

KNOCK TELECOM´S UNDERGRUOND ENCLOSURES: THE OPTIMAL SOLUTION TO ZERO VISUAL IMPACT
Seseña, January 2009

Nowadays, any communication network deployment has to care to the maximum any environmental impact considerations. KNOCK TELECOM, conscious and committed to sustainability and to the environment impact, introduces his solutions of underground shelters, a bet that combines perfectly the requiSystems of a deployment with the minimum environmental impact.

The range of underground solutions of KNOCK TELECOM allows the housing of any telecommunication infrastructure maintaining the necessary environment conditions for its optimal performance. These underground technical rooms are designed for a zero visual impact, which makes them outstanding solutions in urban environments.

Additionally, and being zero the visual impact, the installed equipments have an excellent anti-vandal protection, which allows the use of this infrastructures not only in urban environments but also in areas where security is a problem.

KNOCK supplies these type of solutions to operators like TELEFONICA, ORANGE, ONO or JAZZTEL.
